The Archangel is a deep sea creature discovered by a deep sea drilling company looking to extract oil from the Mariana Trench. The creature used its massive wings to push through the water and attack with its muscular hind legs. It is made up of the same material as jellyfish and feeds on all aquatic life. It is believed to have been from the late mesozoic period and somehow survived many mass extinctions only to be discovered by the BDPR and contained as it was hostile to human life.

The Dweller is a paranormal entity which kills and absorbs the DNA of aquatic life it comes across. This has given it a striking appearance. The being is indestructible and immortal. It is able to release electromagnetic waves which inhibit human equipment and could pose a large threat to many lives. Containment of this creature was extremely difficult, forcing the BDPR to use a large network of extensive tunnels in the Mariana Trench to construct a containment facility analogous to that of a maze in order to trap the creature for an eternity.

Planet Prometheus is the only uncontainable entity discovered by the BDPR. Observed to be 100 light years away from Earth, Planet Prometheus is a special planet. It is the only planet observed in the known universe to be intelligent and have sentience. This planet can think for itself, using its brain to change the coloration of its plants and local wildlife in order to better absorb sunlight and transform it into sustainable energy. The planet has also been observed moving its mass and changing its course around its star in order to influence what seasons it goes through. This planet does not pose a threat to humanity but should have a close eye kept on it at all times.
